          Our History

Headquartered in Chicago, d'Escoto, Inc. is one of the largest Hispanic-owned program management, construction management and civil engineering firms in the Midwest. Founded in 1972 and incorporated in 1977, d'Escoto, Inc. is a professional business enterprise offering multi-disciplinary construction services to public and private clients. With over 45 years of experience, d'Escoto, Inc. has developed a reputation for providing superior quality services at the highest technical level.

d'Escoto, Inc.'s staff consists of professional engineers, licensed architects, PMP certified and LEED accredited project managers, cost estimators, project schedulers, resident engineers and construction inspectors. Along with an extensive body of knowledge, skill and experience in all phases of design and construction, our professional personnel are proficient in various scheduling, word processing, and transportation design and graphics programs. In addition, we utilize systems and software tools, which allow us to gather, store and manipulate data creatively and efficiently to help meet our clients' design, schedule and cost objectives.
