Private Residence Condo Expansion, Lincoln Park
The scope of the project consisted of interior modifications to join two adjacent units into a single unit. Their new 2,400 sq. ft. unit was designed to have two main areas. A “public” area, which provides a space for entertaining guests and communal activities with an open concept kitchen that connects with a family room followed by a large dining space. The second area consist of all the “private” rooms and sleeping area for the family. This new layout accomplished an effective and seamless combination of both units yet allowed the level of privacy that the client desired.
