d'Escoto Inc. provided Residential Sound Improvement Program (RSIP) construction and program management for 1000 homes throughout Chicago and suburbs surrounding O'Hare. Homes are retrofitted with new acoustical windows and doors, HVAC systems, wall insulation and other sound insulating modifications. Duties included home owner coordination, preparing bid packages, scheduling, design management oversight, construction contract coordination, construction inspection, coordination of building code inspections, QA/QC, contract administration, asset management, and IT management. Homes have been turned over on time and on budget.
