Program Management Capital Improvement Plan
d'Escoto, Inc. is directly responsible for managing various aspects of the program including: ensuring proper funding levels, monitoring and reporting on project expenditures, producing and updating the master program schedule, and coordinating the project dependencies.
An important benefit d'Escoto brought to the project was the development of a customized Program Controls system that integrated with the Oracle financial system and Primavera master schedule. The professional application encompassed the entire program scope and included systems to track and manage: program planning, design review, estimating, budgets, contracts, changes, project updates, meeting minutes, transmittals, lessons learned, and time tracking. The Program Controls system is currently being used to produce all of the monthly status reports. The CTA quickly adopted the new system because of its ease of use and flexibility for reporting.
