The existing sewer dated back to 1880 and needed to be replaced. The area bounded by 106th Street on the north, 108th Street on the south, Langley on the east and Champlain on the west will benefit from improved drainage and reduced risk of flooding.
The project consisted of approximately 1,490’ of sewer with sizes ranging from 15” to 42” diameter sewer pipe installation along with the installation of ADA ramps and pavement restoration within the project limits.
The project limits are: Alley West of S. Langley Avenue from E. 108th Street to E. 106th Street and E.107th Street from S. Langley Avenue to the Alley West of S. Langley Avenue
