Amtrak developed a master plan for the years 2020, 2040, and 2060 in order to ensure the technology, facilities, and infrastructure of their properties can be upgraded and maintained correctly to reach their full potential life cycle while guaranteeing safety, efficiency, and reliability for passengers. The master plan will allow Amtrak to prioritize immediate and future needs while enabling its systems and operations to grow with future forecasting.
d’Escoto, Inc provided project adminstration and cost estimating services. Detailed project management meeting minutes were taken and distributed, and detailed cost estimates were provided fro consceptual alternatives for Amtrak’s operations, as well as demolition and ruse of exting buildings and facilities.
