Scope of work includes providing a complete interior redesign, new fire alarm system, re-grading of parking lot, establishing an accessible route from public sidewalks to building entrances, upgrading existing restrooms and break rooms/kitchens to be ADA/504 compliant, and providing a ramp for the existing stage.

Innovative Solutions

Our team is currently implementing a “triage” approach to this task order based program to ensure the client is getting the best-valued services based on the particular requirements of each task order.  This effective innovation was developed in conjunction with HED and d’Escoto, Inc. as part of our initial approach to this contract and has been met with client satisfaction.  This has allowed our team to provide the appropriate level of time, money, and resources saving the client a significant amount of unnecessary costs.
