Description

d’Escoto, Inc. served as a subconsultant to Clark Dietz for the proposed roadway and bridge preservation and rehabilitation on the Reagan Memorial I-88 between Washington Street to York Road in DuPage County, Illinois. The scope of work under this project was comprised of removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, detector loop replacement, hot mix asphalt surface removal, replacing with binder and surface course, and striping with thermo-plastic pavement marking. Additional work included bridge deck expansion joints removal and replacement, deck slab repair, sub-structure repairs with shotcrete etc.

Services Provided

d’Escoto provided Phase III engineering services and performed work tasks including:
• On-site inspection
• Reviewed layout of contract including design changes
• Provided geotechnical inspection and testing,
• Prepared records and maintained documentation
• Submitted pay estimates, change orders, and any other duties requiring the services of an engineer to complete this project on time and in accordance with Tollway specifications
