Education

d’Escoto, Inc. has provided project management on many construction projects for primary, secondary, and higher education environments in the public and private sectors. Decades of experience have been in campus environments and in the oversight of phased, multi-year capital improvement programs. We have worked in spaces designed for teaching, research, administration, housing, and storage. Many of our projects involve life safety improvements, ADA compliance, adaptive reuses, and MEP system repairs and replacements within aging facilities. A fundamental component of the work we do involves liaising between various departments and stakeholders to provide continuity and communication during the design, pre-construction, construction, close-out, and warranty periods.
