BACK-OFFICE SUPPORT
As part of the back-office support for our clients, the contract administration team provides information for bi-weekly invoicing and month end project accruals that is required for mandatory client and agency reporting. This extra work provides added value to the client allowing them to focus more closely on the project itself. This includes, but is not limited to:- Providing total number of inspection hours by project by month
- Providing projected inspection cost estimates by project for client monthly accruals
- Providing weekly time and expense inspector spreadsheets via secure email for client approval signatures that accompany the invoice
- Providing information related to open invoices at end of client’s fiscal year
