Phase III Construction Inspection / Engineering
For Phase III Construction Inspection projects specific client and contractor knowledge and on-site experience is essential. This includes, but is not limited to, the daily supervision and safety of all field activities to ensure the contractor’s work is executed per project specifications, accurate records of quantities, safety measures, and material testing to certify quality and mitigate risk. Our past and present roles consist of resident engineers (RE), assistant REs, documentation technicians, and construction inspectors—each with the necessary certifications and project specific training to successfully adhere to the quality and safety levels at d’Escoto.
